Inedibles

Paris! No - I haven't been TO Paris. I MET Paris. Paris is a colleague; a fellow Guide Dog. Well.... actually..... maybe I just happened to ....errr... drag Mummy across the shoppyplace to meet n greet Paris! Well...... it would be just sooooooo wrong to ignore a colleague wouldn't it? Mummy was very glad I did 'guide' her to meet Paris though. Well... I suppose, being truthful, she was more glad to meet Paris's humanmum. It turns out that she is the organizer of the local Guide Dogs meet up sessions. I'm sure I heard some mention of a freerun gathering sometime soon! I am VERY glad I 'guided' Mum so far over to the left! Heehee!

This was all on our way into town. Next stop was the big dark place with a noisy wall of moving pictures and a few crunchy white clouds on the floor to hoover. Mummy was wearing funny little ear-boxes that apparently telling her all about what was going on up on the big wall at the front. She says it was something called the Inedibles Two or something like that. The little crunchy clouds were very edible - just not very plentiful!

Next, we went across town to a huge building. We went into a door within there and Daddy did some yacketying with a manhuman just inside the door. We didn't go any further but I had to do a 'sit' with Mummy in front of a blue door. Apparently this is called a Turdis or something.

After that, we went into a huge building with lots of round collars all overlapping each other on the outside walls. Inside, there were humans sitting staring at tippety-tappety-toys and rows and rows and rows and rows of those blocks of flippyrectangles that they stare at and then flip over. Mummy said it was called something like the LieBree. Inside, I had to guide Mummy to 'Find the lift'. I took her inside the shiny doors, which closed. Then the little room rumbled and jiggled a bit and the doors opened again to a different place. Then a bit more guiding took us into a huge room with lots and lots of pictures on the walls. Daddy stared at some squiggles and told Mummy what they said, then we very slowly moved around the room. I laid down and got up again many times over. Mummy and Daddy just seemed to gaze at the pictures. Mummy's eye-windows were on and off and on and off and on and off....as she tried very hard to see the pictures. Apparently they were all of places around this Bumingham place from many years ago, and with a 'now' picture of each place alongside. Apparently it was 'fascinating'. The floor was nice and cool for lots of mini snoozelets!

The magic room took us to other places in this building too - two different gardens way up high - one higher than the other. From one of them, I could see our floatyboatyhome - all tiny and waaaaaay below us! Another place was a really old dusty-fusty room - something to do with some bloke called William Shake-Ears or something. I enjoyed a few moments of carpet-snooze in there!

We also went into the hugenormous indoor shoppyplace. We had to wait for a while as a ladyhuman was sticking something all over Daddy's talkybone. At first, this was a bit boring, but then a wonderful manhuman came along and just sat down on the floor to make a fantabulous fuss of me! That was great! Thanks Mr Tasty-Ears!
