Eyepatches!

Phew! I thought I might have to end up guiding about thirty humans! They were all wearing black patches on their eyes! Thankfully I actually got to chill out and snooze on the carpet and just get loved and admired!

It was a meeting of humans in a dark room with chairs all around the outside. They all put those patches over their eyes and pretended to be blinkies like Mummy. They tried to do some things like sort humanpuppy toys, identify some cans of humanfood, sort out shinydisks and pair up human-inner-pawcovers. They also had yummies. I was offered yummies but Mummy said I mustn't. She said that she was sure I would love scotch eggs but nobody would love me tomorrow! Harrumph!

Some of the humans did a bit of yacketying at the front of the room, then I had to escort Mummy and Daddy up there to do their bit of yacketying. All the humans wearing the eyepatches were invited to sit down. Some of them did a kind of funny walk with their front paws waggling out in front of them, and found chairs. The rest just sat down on the floor! They all had their talkybones and it seems they were trying to send Mummy squiggles on her talkybone. Apparently those squiggles were saying all sorts of funny things because they couldn't see which buttons they were pressing! Humans do some peculiar things! I just snoozed it all away but thoroughly enjoyed the fusses and bellyrubs I got when they all took off their eyepatches! Heehee!

After that, I guided mummy back to floatyboatyhome (with Daddy in tow too!) via some stops for yacketying with other floatyboatyfriends. Then I got to take Daddy for a lovely long leisure walkies before getting my din dins! Both of those were very welcome!
