Yesssssss!!! A good and proper Sunday!
Church, freerun and BONE!!!
Actually, it was even better than usual because most of the route to church was along the towpath so I got to freerun almost all the way there and back again! Nearly 5 miles in total! There was a nice carpet for a snooze there through all the humanhowling and yacketying, then a good supply of fusses and earrubs and belly tickles!
Then, when we got back I got my bone! A super huge one! Well worth having!
